Hey guys. In case some of you still don't know about it, I'm back! As in back from Melbourne. I came home two days ago, which was on Wednesday night. :)
It was really good to be back, but, if I was asked to choose the weather between Melbourne and Malaysia, I'll definitely go for Melbourne even though it has a very unpredictable weather during the summer. I know summer is usually all about the sunny and warm weather. But in Aussie, it's different. Certain times, the weather at Melbourne will either be extremely cold/chilly/warm/sunny/wet(it's the rain). It's weird isn't it? Well at least that's what I thought after staying for about 10 days in Melbourne and at the same time experience their weather changes. Hee. I guess for those who are used to staying in Aussie won't agree with what I've just said about the weather.
Anyway, I'll just going to blog day by day & about what exactly happened in Melbourne briefly.

TUESDAY 2/12
We reached Melbourne around 8a.m. at their time, which was also 3 hours earlier than our time. The minute we settled with everything & got out from the airport, we immediately checked into our hotel. Later, we went for lunch around 12 something at a Thai restaurant. We managed to meet up with Yi Wen & Jun Kit first, followed by Melody & my brother. :) It was really absolutely good to finally see all of them again! After that, we walked around & soon about 5 something or so, we had teatime at a very, very famous place: Koko Black Chocolate(they mainly serve chocolate stuff). I honestly liked their hot chocolate drink, it was very good. It makes you wanna crave for more, especially to those chocoholics out there. teehee. If anyone happens to go to Aussie, do visit this place & at least make time to enjoy a cup of their chocolate drink! We went for dinner at an Italian restaurant. Seriously, the pasta's as well as the pizza's that they serve were da bomb! I tell you, it was so delicious. Their pizza's & pasta's are definitely nothing like what Pizza Hut/Dominos/Italianese(.....) usually serve. After dinner, we decided to go pay a trip to the supermarket which was called Safe Way just to purchase some basic food supplies for everyone to eat during our stay in Melbourne. Even if its just a supermarket, but I must still say that I loved & enjoyed going+being at the supermarket. There's just so many things that you can get from there! If you know what I'm actually trying to say.
WEDNESDAY 3/12
p/s: It was Aunty Helen's birthday!!
This day was my brother's/Melody's/Jun Kit's/Yi Wen's & all of the Trinity students' valedictory ceremony(it's like a college graduation thing). Having the chance to visit their school & so was great. At least now I roughly got the picture of how schools in Melbourne normally looks like. Anyway, we took a lot of pictures with everyone of them after the ceremony thing. So yeah. And for dinner, we went all the way to Victoria Market to eat. To my surprise, the market that I was picturing all the time didn't turn out to be what I've expected earlier on. Most of the time, I kept thinking that the market was going to be something dirty, messy or something. But instead of that, it turned out to be the opposite. Only one thing remained the same: It was bloody crowded. So, we had food like pancakes, crepes, pizza, hot dog & corn in cup as our dinner for that day. :)

THURSDAY 4/12
It was Melody's sweet seventeen! hee. First thing of the day, we had this lunch celebration at a Chinese restaurant for dim sum called Lucky Chan with her & all her friends who stays in the same hostel as her. After lunch, we helped some of them to take pictures & stuff. We managed to take a some pretty shots with the birthday girl too. When everything was over, we went jalan-jalaning at Crown's area. Did some window-shopping, heh. Later on, we took a cab and went to the same supermarket we did on the first day. It was fun doing marketing again, certainly. Well then at night, mummy brought all of us along with Melody for a dinner at Chinatown's restaurant, Flower Drum(it's one of the best fine dining Chinese restaurant in Melbourne). It took us long enough, which was approximately 3 hours(from 7.30 to 10 something) to finish our dinner since it was really a "fine dining" thing. Finally, after eating, talking & sitting for so long, we then walked back to our hotel, and the rest went back to their hostel.
FRIDAY 5/12
On this particular day, each & everyone of us basically worked our ass off. We helped out at the apartment(the one that my brother&jun kit's going to fit into next year). & guess what, for the very first time, I actually did some serious housework: Vacuuming the entire room of our apartment. Impressive huh? Hah, believe it or not, I actually kind of enjoyed the whole vacuuming thing. teehee. After busying ourselves with packing/unpacking/cleaning etc, we finally get to escape from everything & allow ourselves to enjoy the oh-so-ever delicious ice-cream in town. Well, that's what my mum says about that ice-cream shop. :p I had a durian & chocolate mint gelato in one day. That's why I'm not surprised if I've actually gained about 2 kg or even more due to the amount of food intake that I had lately during my trip in Melbourne.

SATURDAY 6/12
Woke up very early in the morning just to catch the shutter bus that will be sending us to one of the biggest shopping mall in Melbourne, which is located in Chadstone. Actually, the main purpose that we're only going to this shopping mall is because I've insisted on purchasing all of my ballet stuff from the Bloch shop in the mall. :D Yeap. True enough, I managed to get almost everything that I need to get for my dancing. Blah blah. A lot happened during this day. & I'm lazy to blog about it.
SUNDAY 7/12
Again, woke up super early just to go to Victoria Market. & well, bought lots of stuff from there. Didn't expect even a morning market offers you a lot of pretty things too. I guess I was wrong about it. Um, I've forgotten what we did in the afternoon. But in the evening, we went to this Pecking Duck Restaurant for dinner. Needless to say, the food was delicious. Yummy. Okay, I'm skipping the part after that.
MONDAY 8/12
& again, everyone of us woke up as early as the day before. This time, our mission was to shop. HAHA. It's so-called a shop hunting thing. First thing in the morning, we went to Melbourne Central. I managed to get some Ipanama slippers. Pretty ones :) Love em. We went to Sharkfin House at Chinatown again for dinner. But this time, we had some guests who joined us for dinner......
TUESDAY 9/12
NOTHING SPECIAL HAPPENED. IT WAS JUST ALL ABOUT THE PACKING SINCE WE WERE LEAVING ON WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON.
WEDNESDAY 10/12
Boohoo. It was time to go home. :'( I miss Melbourne. The food, the shops & everything. Everything's just so convenient when you live in Melbourne. The minute you walk down the street, you can find something to eat or shop. That's the part that I love about it. So, we plane left at about 4p.m.(Aussie's time) and we reached home at about 9p.m.(our time).
That's all about it, I guess. There's pictures below, enjoy!
