Be who you want to be, not what others expect of you;

A memorable day for #esqueweds;

23 February 2017
On the actual big day itself 10.12.16;

Everyone had a super early start! I could remember surviving on just less than 5 hours of sleep x.x I was just so glad that I didn't have really black and bad eye bags on that day itself.. Can't imagine how the photographs would turned out to be if we were all looking zombie-fied when the photographers took pictures of us. Anyway, I think I would let the following pictures from my camera roll to do most of the talking for today's post. Enjoy~

Rise & shine for the early bird :D

Loving this picture of the sister & I even though it's super blur x

A final one of me I promise. Hah.

Moving on to pictures for the morning tea ceremony...

The moment was finally here.. The groom has arrived at the bride's bridal suite at MBS :) Such a beautiful moment!

My aunt & uncle, parents of the bride :)

After the super early morning start with the tea ceremony and all, we finally had the time to grab some lunch before we had to head back to our hotel rooms respectively.. After that, it was time to slot in some quick naps before we washed up and changed into our night outfits. All I could remember is that the day went by rather quickly and I was really drained out after lunch.. Can't imagine how my cousin sister, Esther managed to power through the entire day with so many activities going on! Such a tough day :O

In the evening by 6pm, the solemnisation of Esther & Shawn's marriage took place at Chijmes, a historic building complex in Singapore. Friends & family came to witness the beautiful couple's solemnisation of marriage.. I just remember that it was such a touching, unforgettable and beautiful moment as I witnessed my cousins sister walking down the aisle with my uncle. Just so beautiful :')

My date of the night.

Siblings love.

Father & daughters.

Me dressed in all black & white. heh.

So much love for the newly wed.

"You may now kiss the bride"... Greetings to the new Mr & Mrs Quek :p

After the marriage solemnisation of the newly wed, it was finally time for dinner!! Look at my table settings. It was a Winter Wonderland themed wedding :p

The night ended not too late and we then headed back to the hotel after that. Requested for some food through room service since the brothers and sister were still feeling hungry. Haha. Anyway, that day was such a busy one.. Can't believe the process of going through a wedding with my cousin sister for the first time (even though I'm not even the bridesmaid) can turned out to be quite exhausting..  However, on top of that, I just felt really happy to be able to witness such a beautiful wedding of my cousin sis with her husband. It was certainly a moment to remember.. Can't wait to be apart of another wedding for my cousin brother at the end of this year, hah!

Oh, and wish me luck for my first day at work which starts officially tomorrow - 24.02.17. YES. You got it right, it's a FRIDAY! Hah. I'll update my blog again soon as I believe that I may also start using this space of mine to rant my feelings etc more often in future.. That's all for now, my dear readers. Have a great weekend and take care.

Till then,
