Greetings from Melbourne! :)
Arrived Melbourne yesterday morning, at about 5.30 Malaysia's time. We all spent our whole afternoon at the apartment, doing our own homework (fyi, we actually brought school materials over) & taking naps. Yeap. So, at night, we all went for dinner at an Italian restaurant. Ate lots of pasta's & pizza's, then after that, we went for GELATO ICE-CREAM! The must-have ice-cream whenever I visit this place, tehee. Later on, we went to Safeway supermarket in QV's shopping complex to shopped for some groceries :D
Well today, I woke up quite early actually just to rush to Victoria's market with Melody to buy some fruit & vegetables, hee. But guess what. The minute we walked out from our apartment's building, the weather started to change. It was really bad. It started raining & the wind blew so heavily that things like papers & so started flying on the street. Gosh, scary isn't it. That's why, our plan was cancelled. Had to postponed our plans to tomorrow. Hopefully the weather's going to be fine.
In the afternoon, Melody, Klara & I walked to Melbourne Central for some window shopping. Heh. It was not bad. We managed to buy a couple of stuff from Kikk K (just so you know, it's a stationery shop) & Smiggle. The three of us actually bought a Smiggle skin for our handphones. Haha. A new makeover for our phones. :p Mine's polka dot, Melody's some sort of cartoon, & Klara's has this cute animals on it. We bought a dozen of Krispy Kreme on our way back :)
Anyway, we just came back from my brother's friend's birthday party at Sophia's restaurant, somewhere in the suburb. Therefore, we basically met up with all my brother's friends first at the train station in Melbourne Central, & only left together to the place that we're having dinner. It was quite fun going out for a dinner with my brother's friends. Did get to talk to some of his friends. & we also met lots of familiar faces while we were at the restaurant. Somehow, Melbourne seems to be another version of Malaysia to me. Heh, everywhere you go, you'll at least get a chance to see one or two people that you know.. It's like a small world. Lol okay, let's cut the crap.
By the way, do you want to know something? I found an Olympus camera underneath the table that we were having our dinner just now. Then, I was so honest to let everyone know about it. Hah, I could easily just pick it up and snuck the thing into my handbag actually. But I'm not that kind of person. *ceh* So, we glanced through some pictures in the camera, & it turned out that one of my brother's friend knows the person in some of the photo. So we asked him to take the camera back to return it to his friend, & after that, Melody told him that the friend of his should actually compensate/reward me with something. Haha. & I told him if that someone really wants to do so, she could buy me a birthday present. I'm so lucky! I know :D
Well overall, today was quite productive. Had fun! byeee
