It still feels weird not being able to celebrate her birthday together with her for the very first time. Somehow, it kinda sucks because most of my family members birthdays fall on the first few months of the year, including mine too. That way, it would be harder for us to celebrate together.. Well, thankfully my sister and younger brother's aren't as early as ours. But anyway, I still hope the least that she had a wonderful celebration for her birthday :) I am actually looking forward to the Easter's holidays even though it's like about 3 months from now. I guess this is what I feel now, having the thought of being able to see my mum after few months..

Well, this year I couldn't hand make any cards for her or give her any presents on her birthday since I'm abroad now.. Therefore, I did a powerpoint presentation for her. :) It's my gift to her this year.. I know it doesn't sound as fancy or big as what most of you would do for your mum's, but I still thought that it's going to be a meaningful gift for her. 

Anyway, I guess this is just it for today. I'm kinda tired actually since I only went to bed about 2am yesterday and had to wake up at 8am for church today. So I reckon I'll have to end my post here before I continue to go on & on without realizing the time. 

ps; I hate it when you have nothing to keep you busy, you tend to feel even more homesick than ever. :/
