Hey readers!
Greetings from UK, or to be more specific, Shrewsbury! :D
Want to know something? I just witnessed the snow today! Quite a wonderful scenery to be looked at. I haven't really experience something like that. It was kind of my first official time. :) It was really heavy in the beginning but after that, it just subsided and turned to tiny little drizzle water.
Anyway, the second day of my life in Concord college has so far been good. I have no complaints yet. I'm pretty sure once school starts on Monday, the REAL life at Concord will begin. It could be fun plus stressful & torturous at the same time. Well, I guess I'm only able to find that out next week, which will officially begin on Monday.
You know, I somehow just kinda hope that my family is here with me to enjoy this sort of weather together... I couldn't believe that I actually cried again this morning when I sent a text to my mama, saying how much the bed isn't as comfy as what I have back at home.. Receiving her text somewhat made me teary. I couldn't explain why. I guess that is just plain homesick. Plus, I think it is part of the jet lag thing also. I sort of woke up twice itself today. One was around 2am, and another time was at 6am when I was supposed to be waking up at 6.30am instead. But anyway, everything is improving now. I just have to keep reminding myself that I have to learn how to cope with my feelings and control them properly. I know I shouldn't be crying all the time, instead, I should take this time alone to learn new things and learn to be independant by myself without my family around me. I guess this is what most of us would be going through in life at some point.
Oh well, I think that is pretty much almost everything that I want to spill about life in the UK. I hope everything will take of smoothly in no time! ;)
ps: Had English test today, and suprisingly, they graded and allocate me into A-levels English class. I couldn't believe it :O
pps: Maths test was crazy tough. It wasn't Maths. It was Add Maths all the way. What a great way to start my day.
ppps: Tomorrow will be a full day. Shopping is one of the many things that we are going to do! Hooray~
pppps: We played some fun games today after dinner at the Sports Hall. So much better than the day before: Film Day. HAHA.
Okie dokes, goodnight, it's 11.05pm at my place now, I guess I should be going to bed now. Hopefully I won't feel the spring of the bed underneath my spine anymore! *fingers crossed*
XOXO.
Miss everyone;
Love Krystal xx
