Be who you want to be, not what others expect of you;

Better late than never: Happy New Year!

23 January 2015
First of all, I think it's about time that I should update my blog again since it's the brand new year of 2015.

...Therefore,

HAPPY NEW YEAR! :)

It's been awhile since I last penned down my thoughts and everything else.. I guess I just couldn't keep up with blogging at one point due to the heightened amount of stress originating from my endless coursework, university applications, preparation for examinations and many other commitments that I had to attend to. Couldn't exactly recall since when onwards I've started building up such a tight schedule and probably with a similar routine almost everyday before my Christmas break where I returned home to Malaysia. Things just got busier right after my last blog post, which was my previous trip in London during end of October and the beginning of November 2014. I didn't realise how far I've neglected my blog until now. Well, clearly, I have a responsibility in keeping my blog alive as far as I know, since I've made an effort in changing my blog layout last year. So yeap, I would definitely say, one of my new year resolutions is to spare some time for my blog. I hope I'll stick to my words, heh.

Honestly, the pace of my life just kept moving forward so swiftly that I couldn't believe that I have completed my first semester examinations for my university two days ago. Thinking back about it right now, I just wonder how I've survived through everything last semester right up until now. The constant worries and late-night thinkings that I've had for my studies and everything else. Couldn't be any happier now that the first semester's exams are over, and certainly am blessed that I've been given a rare few days of break since exams end earlier for me this time compared to most of my friends around me. I obviously need the time to recover from my post-exam stress and gain back the necessary drive and energy to begin the new semester again, which is due to commence by next Monday. How fast time flies. Can't believe that it's just a few months away till' I will be turning 22. I can't imagine what life would be after I've completed this degree of mine and moving on to my postgraduate studies, if all goes well as planned. Alright, alright.. I think I'm just taking this too far for now. Will stop here and move on to something more entertaining. Haha.

Before I start writing down my endless thoughts on my blog as usual once again, I would love to clear out my camera roll and post them all up at once, especially to share my trip to Paris / London here on my blog last November 2014!!!.. Trying my best to finish blogging all those long overdue posts before I can finally move on. Clearly, these are the things that I should have done last year! My bad. :p

Alright, less talking for now, but more of pictures time. Forgive me if the timeframe of my current blog post appears to vary so drastically compared to the previous one. I'll just fast forward from 30/10 to 2/11 right up to the time when I was in Paris & London between 22/11 till the 30/11 - all in the year of 2014, of course.

The hotel that I stayed at during my trip in Paris. How fortunate to have had the chance of living next to Coco Chanel's first boutique on Rue Cambon. :)

Very Parisian deco.

Hello, Parisian Cat. ahahah.

Escargots for lunch.

A very huge bowl of green salad indeed.

HELLO!

Haha, another picture of me, hope you're not bored of seeing my face yet.

Random..

Pho 14 on Chinatown in Paris. It's definitely one of the best Pho so far, but service wise, I would say don't expect too much! They are quite arrogant in some ways and rude sometimes.. But at the end of the day, how much can you expect from a small restaurant in Chinatown that is always so high in demand among the people?

My bowl of beef pho with the raw beef getting cooked up in the hot soup.

Random shots of their rolls. Really something different..

Lunch after Pho in the morning!

Les Ombres. Lunch with a view.

A rare opportunity to have lunch overlooking the Eiffel tower.

Don't mind me, heh. So in love with this place.
