hello people, i'm here to update my blog after a week! :p teehee. anyways, about last Tuesday's "little experiment" at Liyana's place, what can i say? it was successful! haha. we basically made every drinks that we were planning to sell on the actual Merdeka Carnival. and so, i have to admit that the drinks & waffle that everyone of us made were good! :D seriously. by the way, i have pictures!!

I know i know, the waffles look delicious! :p

these serious people are trying to work on the waffle!

what can i say? this is Chloe & Yee Xin after all. they are actually playing with marshmallows!

tada! these are the drinks that we have made throughout the day. from the left is: my Lemon Float;p, Honey Bananey(Liyana & Chloe's), Very Strawberry(Yee Xin's), Red Defender. oops, and another Death by Chocolate(Nicole's). sorry, forgotten to take a picture for this drink.

these few pictures were taken at Liyana's swimming pool! ah, how nice if my house has a swimming pool too!

okay, i guess it's enough about the experiment part. well, on the 14/8 was Nicole's birthday! & our dear friend, Chloe, was kind enough to bring a chocolate brownie cake which is from Secret Recipe to school to celebrate the birthday girl's big day. (:

the birthday girl, NICOLE CHEN! :)

ON THE OTHER HAND,

15/8, which was a Friday, was my school's Merdeka Carnival's day as well as my beloved younger brother's big day. HAPPY BIRTHDAY AGAIN! p.s: sorry that i didn't prepare any big birthday presents for you this year, but still, at least i took the effort to buy you a drink & a gingerbread man cookies right? :D hee.

anyway, during the Merdeka Carnival, everything went smoothly. i was really happy to see almost everyone from my class that came on that day, were very helpful throughout the whole event. they basically did a great job in promoting our drinks&waffle, as well as helping out in making the drinks and everything. and one of the most important thing is, we earned about 700 plus for this carnival. i think it's really a lot already, for a first timer like us, in this kind of event. (:

the carnival, some of us stayed back for the teacher's event "FUNTASIA". i personally think that the beginning part of the event was a little boring, quite unexpected. and the worst part was, i missed the part: Teachers dancing! how wasted.

oh! one more thing, Yee Xin, Liyana & I went to do some henna's on our hand! well i know, some people might have this belief that those who put any henna's on their hand means that they are going to get married in 3 days time or something. but don't worry, none of us are getting married or what! hah. um it's just nice having one on your hand like a body art or something, you know. so want to take a look at how my henna looked like?

this is how my henna looked like before the thingy peeled off..

after the thingy peeled off! ;D

by the way, yesterday as well as the day before yesterday, i went for a History crash course at the Segi College beside our school. the two days crash course was okay (:

& today, we had to go to school for holiday classes. i went to school about 9 something because Ms. Pat was not around to teach us BM. so i came just in time to attend the next two classes, which were History & Geography lessons. after school, Yee Xin, Chloe & I went to ou for lunch & some shopping time. hee. so we had our lunch at Sushi Zanmai, yummies. i love it, even though some of their food wasn't that big in portion compared to the japanese restaurant that i used to go.

after lunch, we went walked randomly into boutiques like TopShop, Dorothy Perkins & so. oh! & i saw Ashley there too (: i didn't buy anything throughout our outing today. but guess what, at least i got myself a novel: BREAKING DAWN! it was a little sad that i didn't get to have any bookmarks, stickers or either batch like what Chloe & Liyana had. :( never mind, having the book is enough already lah.

about BADMINTON (OLYMPIC), i'm really very sad for Lee Chong Wei. yesterday, i was really hoping that he could win in the game, but he didn't. in fact, Lin Dan once again won the gold medal. aiks. hmm well, at least he got a silver medal right? i think it's good enough for a Malaysian to have such achievements. don't worry, LEE CHONG WEI is still the best! hahaha. did i just say that? ;p

besides that, OLYMPIC's gymnastic for women yesterday was interesting yet a little sad. i thought that the China gymnast, Jiang Yu Yuan did really good. but yet, she didn't won number 1 placing, 2 or 3. instead, that Sandra gymnast who i thought wasn't really that good won the gold medalist. what a waste. i really thought that that China gymnast should at least get a bronze medal or something.

okie dokie, i guess that's all! it's really a long post, isn't it? enjoy reading it then! i hope it won't bore you till death. haha.
