Be who you want to be, not what others expect of you;

A snapshot of happiness

21 February 2017
I can't exactly remember the details and know where to begin in order to sum up my last few days in London before I flew back on the 1st of December 2016.. But I hope the following pictures taken from my cameral roll (iPhone 6) would be sufficient to tell a story :) Enjoy the pictures, hehe.

Had breakfast one of the mornings with Carolyn at this very cool "igloo" concept at Coppa Club overlooking the Tower Bridge and river in London. Food was merely mediocre. I would say we enjoyed the company, scenery and a different dining environment instead of the choice of food on their menu instead :)

Another shot of the igloos.

After that, it was time for some Matcha-madness! Presenting you one of my favourite places in London to satisfy my sweet tooth when it comes to Matcha – Tombo @ Soho.

A long overdue catchup session over dinner at Cay Tre (Soho's branch) with Hikma :)

Catchup session over afternoon tea with Grace at The Rosebury lounge in Mandarin Oriental hotel.. This is one of my all-time favourite places to have afternoon tea in London. Definitely can never get sick of this place <3

Their well-known afternoon tea stand in a form of "bird cage". Not only the service here is impeccable, their selection of teas and scones etc are equally great too. Do give this place a try if you ever feel like having an afternoon tea session in London!

Winter Wonderland again. :)

All wrapped up like a dumpling because it was simply just too cold!

With the massive Christmas tree, which clearly can't be photographed entirely in this picture!

One of my favourite ramen go-to places in London: Kanada-ya

Yolkin-ing again for one last time before I go back. It was my first time trying their matcha & oreo flavour.. It really wasn't too bad!

Had a catchup dinner with Huay Yee at Park Chinois for the first time.. Food was surprisingly not too bad for the ambience you get there. It definitely is a place worth visiting again if I ever go back in future :) The dish above is one of their signature dishes which comprised of udon, sea urchin and eggs!

Some highly recommended pork ribs by the restaurant.

Dessert time, yum.

Catchup session with Gav, and Vania :)

Take 6. Definitely miss 'em!

Another Winter Wonderland experience again... :p

WW with Gav & Vania!

Definitely miss everything about them. The times we've spent together in Beijing will always be a memorable one x

Basically, this sort of summed up my last week in London. I really had a great time visiting new places, catching up with my dear friends and most importantly, cherishing the "me-time" that I had and using it to visit cafes, department stores, my favourite shopping spots etc. Words definitely can't be used to sum up my feelings, more significantly, the years I've spent abroad.. It is really time to wrap up all of those feelings and start accepting as well as adapting to the transition since I am back in Malaysia for now. Stay tuned for more updates because I'm definitely on a streak! :p

Till then,
